Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.
Products that are damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, socks, and customized products cannot be returned.
Items purchased during clearance or special sale may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
Exchange
Exchanges are available only for size or defective products, subject to stock availability.
